Weekly Holy Language emails: click "Preferences" at the bottom of any email you get from us and it'll let you pick which lists to unsubscribe from. Don't click "Unsubscribe" unless you never want to hear from us again!

Holy Language TV emails: Go Account Settings > Notifications and then check/uncheck the boxes for Forum posts/comments, New videos, Updates, etc.

Marco Polo: Open app > tap settings gear bottom-right corner > tap Notifications > switch "Send Me Fewer Notifications" on.
Open app again > Tap three vertical buttons to the right of "The Tribe" > tap Mute notifications. Do the same for any other groups you want to mute. (Or of course you can just turn off all notifications as you'd do for any other app.)

Signal: Open app > Tap "The Tribe" in your list of chats > Tap "The Tribe" again at the top > Tap "Mute" > Tap "Always" or temporary from 1 hour to 1 week. Do the same for any other groups you want to mute. (Or of course you can just turn off all notifications as you'd do for any other app.)

Real quick before you cancel:

1. Do you need technical support? If so did you try emailing us directly at the email below first?

2. Are you just not using the website? If so would you be willing to stay on at reduced rates just to show support and keep your account open in case a video comes up you want to watch? Email us and we'll give you some options.

3. Are you having financial difficulties? If you're having a short-term crisis did you know you can pause your payment here for up to three months? We also have reduced rates for such a time as this - email us and we'll help.

Now that you know your options, cancel your old PayPal payment here or your new Holy Language TV subscription here.

If you're talking about the emails with new lessons, stories, etc. sign up with your new email here. Then use the link at the bottom of one of the emails that went to your old address to unsubscribe.
